"Pictures are deceiving. This hotel needs a total renovation. Carpets are dirty, elevators are sketchy. Do not use the stairwells from the garage although you may have to as elevator was not working. Stairwell reeked of urine and littered with trash and there was evidence of squatters. In our room there was a flood. It was obvious from the moldy walls and decayed plaster this had been occurring frequently. We reported to the front desk. No one came to correct or offer us a different room. 2-stars because was easy and Starbucks on premises."

"We had an amazing stay, staff is really helpful and professional, room was extremely clean and the location is truly amazing. Just note there is a surprise fee of about $46 per day."

"Great stay. The grounds were beautiful, the room was clean, and things in working order—although there were some unruly guests that were loud and destructive of property. I know It’s not the staffs fault, but it sometimes can be a toss up when staying at a hotel where there is not front end staff to intervene about expectations. However, the customer service was always a text away so any complaints I had they took care of them swiftly and I truly appreciate that. I would stay again!! "

"Our stay was excellent. The staff was courteous and helpful. My only complaint would be the high cost of parking. It should be discounted for guests. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and would come back again. "

"price was fair. close to beach and not a far walk from nightlife. room was clean (however, smelled of bleach). Bed was real firm. Construction was being done on the hotel. The big issue, FREE PARKING was advertised, however, appeared they don't have a spot for every room. Arrived at checkin time and no spots. After an hour, mgmt found a spot but was not big enough for a standard size pickup. Pictures appear old, as this place no longer looks this nice."

"Almost daily had to ask for toilet paper and fresh towels. Room was not cleaned every day. Things were in disrepair like the toilet paper holder. The sink shot water all over. It needs better maintenance."
