"The room was very clean, the staff very helpful & kind, continental breakfast was good. TRU Hilton management should re-think their parking situation, guest who stay should NOT pay additional cost for garage parking ($40 a day for valet parking) when the garage is not at full capacity!!!! That is something that will not make me rebook. And the local outside parking garages are $25 a day, no thank you. 2. Housekeeping for our 3 rooms was terrible. After the 1st day they had no time to clean our rooms. 2nd, 3rd, and 4th days of they were reminded, knocked on the door and asked if we needed towels. Had to ask to empty trash cans."

"This was a very nice place. What we loved about this place: we didn't have to pay for daily parking, we didn't have to pay daily resort fee, we didn't have to pay daily amenities fees. We didn't get an outrageous bill when our stay was over.
We love that it is in walking distance to John's Pass. Will I book this place again, you bet!

"From the time we arrived - when I did seek clarification - the wifi was both spotty and slow or simply wouldn’t connect at all. Using the neighbouring restaurant shouldn’t be required spending this kind of price range and it seems incongruous when seen in the context of the overall experience. For myself wifi is very important. If there was a pay service it wasn’t explained or offered to me.

"I really regret not checking out and reading about this hotel, it was not a nice experience since hotel was not clean, Elevator was not working. Ice machines were not working. We needed to go through the stairs to the 4th floor to get ice. I’ve stayed in Motel 6 motels that were in better shape and cleaner than this place. The only good thing was been right next to the beach.
