"The room was spotless and so well appointed!!! Hooks on the screened porch for towels and wet swimsuits, is a great example. The kitchen had everything I needed for simple meal prep. and I appreciated the keurig. The staff was friendly & helpful. The grounds felt safe for a solo traveler. "We absolutely loved staying at the Driftwood Inn. We loved the cottage and the amenities. Everything is brand new and immaculate. The beds are very comfortable, and the pull out bed is even comfortable. That never happens! The beach is a short walk and so many restaurants near by. We will definitely be staying again. "Nice quiet clean room with fully equipped kitchen. Great for a small getaway. We could walk right out to the canal and watch the manatees and dolphins swim. Also saw an eagle flying over as well as several other species of birds. If you have a boat you can dock outside your door in the canal or rent a boat from nearby. "
