"This is probably a good property for a small vacation when they aren't busy. I was there for a marathon when it was packed, and check in was a nightmare. None of the rooms were ready at check-in time. By 5:30pm there was still a long line in the lobby with people not checked in, checked into rooms that weren't cleaned, given room keys that didn't work, or given room keys to rooms with guests already in them. If you're going for the annual marathon in town, the last thing you want to be doing is standing on your feet in the lobby at supper time trying to sort out a room. Especially if you're from far enough out of town that you couldn't bring your own food, this could be a massive plan disruption.
I couldn't get the tiny instant coffee maker to do more than an espresso shot. The complimentary breakfast they had for "runners" didn't start until 6, but race time was at 7. The rooms were at least relatively nice for the area.
If I go again next year, I'll probably either choose a cheaper hotel and accept the annoyances of that or pick one of the branded chain hotels by the mall for a more consistent experience. I can tell the hotel staff tried, but I probably wouldn't risk staying here again."
