"Great location, great staff - nice suite to rent, very enjoyable stay"

"Great stay. There is a park one block away attached to the beach which is nice. The beach had space to stretch.. Restaurants are about a 3/4 mile walk, more further on. A little far for someone with disabilities. A free shuttle/bus stops outside the hotel. Parking is tight. There is free overnight parking first left, first right. About $1.25 an hour 8-6. The hotel is quiet. Free laundry and extra towels if needed. You made need your phones flashlight to see the gate key pad if you arrive after...

"La comida es muy buena, la habitación también, sin embargo por el costo de 4 noches que fueron casi 100 mil pesos mexicanos se me hizo mucho para las altas expectativas que tenía del hotel. Si quieres realmente aislarte de MIAMI hospedate aquí, pero si quieres zonas de restaurantes y bares No es buena opción. Enfrente hay centro comercial de lujo que se llama BALHARBOUR"

"There is no onsite staff to help assist you, they only communicate through messages and it’s hard to get a response from them in a timely manor, they said they had parking and then messaged us and said they do not have parking, our toilet also would not flush, the room was hot and muggy, and the staffing messaging us were unreliable, we asked for a refund and would not give us one. Warning - Do Not Book unless you want to be scammed! "

"Frigo malfunzionante, controllo dell’aria condizionata molto macchinoso e la bocchetta punta sempre direttamente sul letto. La pulizia del bagno non era il massimo e in tre notti la camera non è mai stata rifatta. Non ci sono parcheggi gratis nei dintorni e la struttura chiede 60$ al giorno per il parcheggio L’appartamento però era molto spazioso e vicino al centro"

"The property comes with free parking which was key for me. Parking out here can be very expensive if you are staying for a longer period of time. The property is an older one but for the price you can get a lot of room and it came with cooking utensils. Communication was fine with the owners. The locations a great as it is in a beautifully developed area and near the beach. The beach was only 10 minutes away in fact. I chose this property because I didn't feel the need to over spend at a hotel...
