"We had the best experience with this host! They were incredibly communicative, accommodating, and even allowed us to check in early. The property was spotless, and whenever we needed extra towels or other essentials, they responded promptly. They also went above and beyond by personally checking in throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed to feel comfortable.
We absolutely loved our stay and couldn’t have asked for a better host! The location was also fantastic—just a...

"I stayed for two weeks. The room was clean and housekeeping was available on demand. The place is only a couple of blocks away from the beach and a 5-minute walk from the shops and restaurants of Collins ave. No breakfast option on the premises, but the rooms come with fridge and microwave."

"This place does not look fancy through the outside, but it’s very well maintained very clean. My room was immaculate. The bed was marshmallow soft it was small, but the flow was perfect for two people. You cannot be a mini room with a kitchenette the bathroom look, modern the only thing I did forget to mention either the bathtub or the toilet after you use it water does come out to the floor it didn’t bother us that much. We dried it up with a towel. We also stayed for only one day other than...

"Title: Beautiful Location, Absolutely Disgraceful Service
I have rarely experienced such appalling service at a hotel. The location is excellent, right on the beach, and the facilities are modern. Unfortunately, the level of service is so shockingly poor that it completely ruins the experience.
We arrived at 9:30 PM with three children, including a three-year-old, after an exhausting eight-hour flight. There was no room service, no food available at the hotel, and apparently no interest...
