"Staff was not very professional over the phone. They did not pick up when I called the property and would frequently answer with “what” something rude. Upon arrival they stated my room number out loud with other guests in the lobby which made me feel unsafe. I was also given the code for the first room I was told and then was told “actually it doesn’t work” and was given a fob to a completely different room instead. "I have stayed at this hotel a few times now. It seems to be getting better. the restaurant was a bit better. But, what was really noticeable was the staff here
is extremely good! They went out of there way to be of service on several occasions.
Also, a hit tip to valet, I had a special car and they new what to do, which lessens my anxiety! Good job Lido. BTW, I also stayed at the BH hotel on this trip as well, so the Lido did well!"

"We had a king with patio side sea view. Room was spacious. Linens were great. Lots of extra touches in the honor bar. Very comfortable. Pool was nice and fire pit in the evening was cozy. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Cookies in the evening and coffee in the morning in the reception. Basic but extremely comfortable and for the price very reasonable. We will definitely stay again."
