"Good central location with excellent transport links. Close to lots of restaurants and bars and the main tourist attractions. The hotel staff were all very friendly. The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed and great shower. We were at the back of the hotel which was very quiet."

"If you are planning on modern, then this is not the place for you. However I think it was worth the price I paid. Include their daily parking fee in with your reservation. There is literally no place to park. I think the cars in the free spots are glued in place because they have not moved since my arrival. Kestrel parking is a small space so beware if you drive a large vehicle. The only changes, that could improve the stay for me was nicer towels and a heavier blanket. I will reccomend...

"The Panorama restaurant was fantastic. Overall a very, very nice hotel. The mattress in our room needs replacing in my opinion (sinking to the middle of the bed)."

"great location, room was great, hallways and elevator area are a bit dated and dark. otherwise a great place to stay to get around Philly. stafff was great. did not try the restaurant or coffee shop. market street is at times a bit sketchy"

"First the good stuff, it’s very clean and has friendly staff. However, for the price, it’s not worth it. The beds are extremely uncomfortable & older. We asked for no feather bedding/pillows due to allergies when we booked(2 months in advance & received a message confirming), when we checked in right at 3pm they advised us they didn’t have a room without feathers ready so we had to wait. They did give us a late check out for the trouble, but when we got to the room both beds had feather pillows....

"We reserved a room with a queen size bed but there was only a full size bed. They moved us to room with a queen. Our new room did experience a clogged bathroom sink. They did extend us a credit."

"I travel a lot and this hotel and staff are the best!!! EVERYONE we came into contact with, from the adjacent parking garage, to reception, to breakfast today were so welcoming and helpful!!! The breakfast was the best I’ve seen in a long time. Real, fresh fruit. Lots of options and clean. The gentleman manager was so welcoming.
