"Breakfast was extremely crowded with limited seating and frequent shortages. Omelet lines were 10–15 people deep and ran close to tables. Bacon appeared only once in 5 days. Guests were frenzied. Milk dispensers were out all stay, and cups, plates, and utensils were often unavailable, with 5–10 minute waits. Overall, breakfast was chaotic unless you arrived at 7am.
The location and outdoor seating overlooking the street, park, and beach are the best features.
The pool is very small, on the second floor, and consistently overcrowded and cloudy with minimal sunlight. Towels and a small dining area are available.
We paid for a private balcony but were placed in a standard room due to overbooking while still charged the premium rate. After moving, our balcony connected to a restaurant patio; stepping beyond it led to staff stopping us, which felt overly aggressive. Live music on patio until 10pm made relaxation difficult. The bathroom had a broken lock and shower handle, causing flooding. No room service was provided, despite request, and we relied on pool towels most of the stay.
Each hallway had ice and filtered water dispenser in convenient location. This was a nice feature. The beds were comfortable, rooms were clean and well organized. Keypad safe available.
Using valet parking for $15/day was convenient. Sometimes we waited 20 min for vehicle.
Overall, while the location is excellent, the experience did not match the premium price or expectation.
