"Very conveniently located near Baldwin Wallace University. Wonderful FREE breakfast with hot foods, cereals, fruits and breads. Friendly staff who have worked there a long time and are willing to help in a variety of situations. Rooms are large and clean! Great hotel! "

"Rooms weren’t very clean. Staff was helpful with bringing extra towels and blankets up to our room. Shuttle was very nice and friendly driver. You have to pay a daily rate to leave your car parked during your trip which I think should have been advertised. I thought it was free parking. Breakfast was good. "

"The hotel is not fully modern but the rooms is clean the kitchen just needs more utensils like spoon forks and a cutting board other than that it’s ok the air conditioner works well had no problems the staff some of them don’t understand much English but enough to get the point across at times but they are very nice people working Thare I would definitely recommend it "

"Had a reunion in town and went to room afterwards. There was a light above the sink that needed replaced because it was flashing and the sink drain was blocked. Other than that, it appeared to be comfortable. Went the next morning to the front desk to inform of the issues and waited for 15 minutes for the guy to get off his phone (which he didn't) and then another person showed up and informed her of the issues with the room. If housekeeping had been in that room that day, they would have known...

"Old hotel. Elevator wasn’t working the whole 3 nights stay. We have to carry our luggages to the stairs to the third floor. The room was old, the front door locked but there’s a noticeable gap. The bathroom is so small. When a person is sitting in the commode and someone opens the door, it will hit the person sitting in the commode.parking is so difficult. Not a whole lot of options or choices on the breakfast buffet."

"The room was not clean, there were paw print stains on the bed as well as a lot of mysterious crumbs, asked them to change the sheets and they insisted the bed was not dirty, just stained (despite the crumbs) and then changed the top blanket for us. on top of that there were several bugs I found around the room and a very strong odor in the room. Felt incredibly unsafe with the people around as well."

"There were fake eyelashes still on the shelf above the dining table, all kinds of debris and a fortune cookie paper behind the bathroom door, the carpets were insultingly dirty, and the safety lock on the door wasn’t functional. "

"The room was not clean at all. Dry crusted food in the microwave, stained towels that looked used, used bar of soap in the tub, sticky spot on the bathroom floor that had collected dust and dirt, stain on a pillow, didn’t look swept at all and we even came across a small dubia cockroach in the bathroom. When I went to complain, someone was already doing the same and when she walked away the lady at the front desk rolled her eyes right in front of me."

"Ok so this hotel is clean and there aren’t any bugs but it is extremely run down and shabby. It looks absolutely nothing like the photos posted which is my biggest complaint. The pool was closed, and our rooms were never cleaned despite staying three nights. There were old, broken appliances, mirrors etc strewn all over the property, giving it a junkyard vibe. While it’s not the Bates Motel, it definitely wasn’t worth the money we spent to stay here."

"We didn’t eat breakfast or use the hot tub or pool. It is an older property. No charging stations on the lamps or tables so be sure to bring a block for chargers"
