"The staff was nice, and I never heard a plane take off. The problem is ROAD NOISE. This hotel fronts a major road. If you’re on the south side of the hotel (half the rooms) the road noise is really hard to sleep through. The A/C worked but there wasn’t any setting for “constant fan” so no good option for white noise. The room was clean but smelled of tobacco smoke, even though it’s a non-smoking hotel. The carpet in the stairwell was dirty."

"The lady that checked me in was wonderful and very nice. The door by where I parked never locked and that concerned me, as the property was not secured. Walking through to get to my room with my children was unpleasant as the building reeked of marijuana. I understand it is legal in the state but I was not expecting to encounter it at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable - so the staff were great!"

"We had a great stay at this Hampton Inn! It was clean, quiet and convenient to Medina/Fairlawn. We particularly enjoyed lounging by the pool (there isn’t a hot tub) and having access to tea/coffee all day. The upgrade to a king suite was worth the price for us."

"The room was clean well stocked. There was a microwave and fridge for ease of use. Breakfast was good and easy to get to. One small issue would be that the gravy for the biscuits was in a container before the biscuits (sort of out of order). It was good just had to get use to grabbing the biscuits first. Parking was readily available."

"The room was small, but clean and comfortable. The staff was incredibly helpful, helping me to figure out the public transportation system to get to a concert on an extremely busy weekend. The breakfast is minimal, but has enough basics to get you through and there's a Bob Evans less than a minute down the road if you want something more. I also appreciated the reasonable rates when several other hotels had significantly raised their rates for the weekend. Would highly recommend this hotel and...

"The rooms were dirty, children ran up and down the hallways knocking on doors late at night, and the pool was ice cold. The floor and elevator had water laying without any caution signs."
