"The room was spacious and clean with a lovely ocean-view, and the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The common areas at the hotel were stunning. The breakfast was superb, it had multilpe choices including everything from an omelette station to smoothie bowls. The pool area was huge, and it also had excellent service. There were also some daily activities like sunrise yoga etc arranged by the hotel, and the gym had all the necessary equipment. Absolutely loved my stay at the Bali Beach Hotel,...

"We checked in late at night, found the floor are dusty and dirty. There were no slippers provided, we walked around the room bare feet on the dusty floor. It seemed that there were only 1 person on duty that night, he offered to mop the floor. The whole room was dirty and dusty, we were sneezing a lot. At the end of our stay, the water in the shower came out black and sandy. Ellora need to improve their service and cleanliness"
