"The staff was absolutely lovely. The Inn has a complimentary wine and cheese spread from 1730-1830. The hotel staff is on hand and its a great way to get to know fellow travelers and the staff themselves. My friend and I went both nights we were there and talked with Dave, one of the owners and the second night we spoke with Shawn (spelling?) We talked of books and going to Connecticut, to Yale and Mystic for Pizza. "

"This is a great stop over motel. Bed was comfortable and I didn't hear any noises from other quests rooms. Not a crowded place in the summer. I went in July and the air conditioner was excellent, easy to adjust. I like white noise when I sleep and the air conditioner does make a hum and a few clicks now and then but not in the least disturbing. No clanging or rattling. Pillows comfortable. "This property is conveniently located with on site parking. It is about 10 mins walk into downtown, there are restaurants, coffee shops and ice cream shops. Room was great, everything you needed was thought of. I would recommend it very much. "
