The staff Ms. Lanita and the evening lady were really nice but I did not like the fact that everytime you needed to use the elevator you had to wait in staff to let you up. The Royal Sonesta Harbor Court Baltimore
Pretty good hotel for the price. Location was awesome. The lounge/restaurant/breakfast place is a no. Super long waits and terrible food. Pass on that. The indoor pool was awesome for the kids. Altogether I would stay here again.
