The staff was wonderful. The rooms and facilities are dated and need work. Wish the cost included breakfast or there was a rooftop bar. The waterfront restaurant was closed the whole time we were there. Perfect location for anyone wanting to visit the inner harbor.

Lord Baltimore Hotel
I was told that I can request a taxi if I need one by hotel reception staff. When I checked out on 4/27 at 7 am I was told that hotel staff can not call for a taxi. I was told to go to a corner of Charles Street and try to catch myself. At 7 am I could not get a taxi and ended up walking 40 minutes ...
