Hotel murah di Balzac

"Good"

"The front desk indicated they were sold out that night. Then told me my room was on the second floor (without an elevator ) I told them because of my age (85) and my health, the was no way I could climb stairs, let alone with a heavy suitcase. I would be unable to use that room. The lady did some checking and advised me she was able to change my room and I would be able to stay on the main floor, for which I was very grateful."

"Check-in was easy. Staff were friendly. When I got to the room guests had already been staying in that room. The room we got was very hot, we ended up asking for a fan. One huge suggestion is to have redo the back parking lot. It is very dark at night & needs proper parking stalls."

"Room was renovated and clean. Hot tub open till 11pm which was really nice. Easy location with kids of nearby amenities"

"The breakfast area was very crowded and did not have a very good lay-out. The room was clean, but had a bathroom door that was very noisy and would not shut properly and the shower head sprayed out from around the joints."

"There's not much to say, other than it was very nice. My room was clean and modern. The staff were very friendly, and the location, for me was very convenient. My only minor complaint was that the TV remote was difficult to use. I had to press the buttons incredibly hard to get some of them to work. Not the end of the world. I will definitely stay here again."

"The stay was good at the hotel until after checkout we called back to see if they had found some leftover beer we’d forgotten. 3/4 of a pack. That I’d left in the fridge in the room. Arrived to talk to the front desk and they sent a staff member up to the room. Looked in the room for it and was told that it was not there. Unimpressed because we 100% left it behind, we’d checked our vehicle. Told the front desk “well, I guess someone stole it,” and I left. They called us 25-30 mins later and...

"For a quick one night stay after a wedding this place was perfect. It was a quiet and comfortable sleep. The room was a great size and clean. The breakfast had great options and the service was kind and quick!"
