"Right across the street from the beach. Restaurants close by. We stayed in the garden villas. They were cute. The king bed was a little hard, but other than that we loved it"

"Great hotel for family traveling with kids. We should’ve splurged for the swim in suites. The suites was spacious for family of 4. Amenities included flip flops, swim towels. Breakfast buffet had a lot of options for kids and adults. Adult only pool is 12+ and faces the beach. The beach was spectacular, water was warm, clean and clear"

"We received a fantastic welcome from the hotel with a champagne and the decoration on the bed that said "welcome back!" after I told the hotel staff we stayed at the same hotel long time ago. We even received an upgrade of the room. Everything was perfect and wonderful - the room, the view, pool side and roof top restaurants. My family had a wonderful stay at this place. The things that need fixing will be the flushing of the toilet and the lock on the door. Will definitely come back again."

"Loved the the fact that the hotel was five minutes from the airport and beach, free shuttle. Had an issue with the AC in the room, but they quickly gave me another room. Nice staff, very attentive and courteous. Oh, and good selection of food for breakfast between 630am - 1030am."

"The nature was an interesting experience. First of all, the staff were really kind, friendly, and welcoming. Always smiling and ready to help you with whatever you need. The rooms were okay, we had a pool view but it seemed more like a view into another persons room. "The room was clean and the taxi service was amazing. All around a wonderful experience and reasonably priced for everything. The only problem we had was the room service despite being 24 hours was extremely rude. They were rude and it was midnight when we ordered, which is understandable but again it was a 24 hour service and better to be at midnight than 2 in the morning. Outside of that issue everything was great."

"The rooms were good size but they need furniture upgrade infact the whole resort needs a furniture face lift also didn’t liked the glass wall dividing bathroom and bedroom don’t know what’s the point for that and the curtains are not even blackout of those glass who ever goes to the toilet at night the room get light from bathroom and the other person or kids wakes up . "No coffee in the lobby early morning. I inquired staff told me to walk 600 m to seven eleven. Don’t get oceanfront; extremely loud 24 hours. No sleep three days. Car booked through them for the airport never showed up. Grab took two minutes and was 300 baht less. Short version I’d never consider staying here again. They have brought the worst of USA to Thailand dishes sitting in halls for days, pools closed all the time, broken elevator and no bellman to help carry bags upstairs. This is a dump"

"They have two separate buildings. One is very poor no elevator to the other floor rooms were smelly , stayed one night. Move to different hotel. In the shower, I was almost touching my head to the ceiling in shower and showerhead Height was little below my chest Can’t go higher than that."
