"The property is beautiful in the Hyatt tradition. You will find the luxury that you expect. It is kind of far from the terminal though and there is nothing around it. They have everything that you need there but , also in the Hyatt tradition, it is all very pricey. A small latte in the lobby is 210 bhat or about $6 US. You will have a nice stay. You will spend a lot of money."

"The hotel is in need of major updates. The cleaning of the bathroom is not acceptable. The mini fridge doesn't get cold. There is no microwave in the rooms. The wifi only works in the lobby. All the walls needs to be painted. I had to get a room change because mold was on the shower ceiling and wall. The toilets are not cleaned with bleach. "Hotel is new, very clean, albeit a bit sterile, being painted white everywhere, but it is nice and clean and bright. Breakfast was plentiful and very good. At the airport at 1 AM we did not want to wait an hour for the shuttle so we took a Grab taxi. But returning to the airport on their free shuttle next morning was smooth and pleasant. Will definitely stay here again when transiting BKK."

"One of the worst stays of our 3 month trip across Asia. The staff were nice, and dinner at the restaurant was good. If we were staying for longer than 10 hours between flights I would have moved hotels. "The hotel was excellent, a large room with everything a family needs (including a washing machine). The staff was courteous and helpful, the breakfast was very good, the shuttles were excellent, punctual and very punctual. I will return to this hotel next time."

"This was a very clean hotel and the staff was great. We opted in to do the breakfast buffet and it was definitely not worth it. The variety was none same breakfast every morning and I definitely do not consider it as buffet style at all."
