"The spa was ok and staff were friendly. BUT under no circumstances take the tour operators they supply. It took us 7 hours in an appalling old smelly van to get to Pattaya. I missed my flight and the driver was both aggressive and very rude. I was told it would take maximum 5 hours. There were no traffic jams but the van wouldn't go above 70kms an hour. The accommodation was very comfortable and it was such a pleasure to look directly out to the beach and water from the front door. And there was a lovely porch there to sit on and enjoy the scenery. "We loved the pools and the view from the hotel across the beach and out to sea. The staff were incredibly lovely and the splash pool and slide a hit with the kids. The morning yoga was wonderful the restaurant food was good too. The only downside for us was that the property is in need of some renovation. Broken tiles in beach pool, proves missing their thatching, our outdoor shower was unusable as filthy and in poor condition. The indoor shower was a handheld standing or sitting in bath so not ideal."
