"Our stay was really nice,as our hosts were so so kind and attentive,nothind was too much trouble for them. We had a few drinks in the bar before enjoying a nice meal. Cannot praise our hosts enough for their help and kindness in making our brief 1 night stay enjoyable. "

"We had to be in Oxfordshire for the funeral of a very special friend and came across the Red Lion in our search for accommodation for a couple of days. Our experience was excellent - the room was fine and very comfortable and the kitchen provided excellent menus. But the main comment is how brilliant your staff were - they made our visit so much more agreeable than it might have been."

"Easy parking, great breakfast, friendly and accommodating staff. On site restaurant with good menu options, great tasting food. Only downside shower has fixed head would prefer handset option. Great stay will definitely return."

"We stayed just the 1 night but wish we could have stayed longer. The room was clean and full of character. Had an evening meal in the restaurant which was delicious. The breakfast was also lovely with great views. In all we couldn’t fault the place and will definitely stay again when in the area."

"It was very peaceful and calm. Place was very clean and neat. Staff is very polite and will help any way they can. The hot tub was very clean, got checked every day and easy to use. The bbq was also easy to use and great added feature. The shower pressure was good and straight forward. It has great security and feels very safe. Just amazing overall. Would recomend "

"This property is in a quiet village and the local views are stunning. My only criticism is the lack of electronic device charging ports. Many pubs are switching at least the bedside power receptacles to the ones with built in usb ports. Other than this small inconvenience it was perfect "

"Super cute, like being in your own romantic little bubble in the countryside. We came to watch a friend do a parachute jump at the airfield for charity. It was the perfect place to stay for a night or two. Loved the BBQ, the view through the windows and the way the space was designed. So compact and yet everything was so considered and well designed.
