"Location was great. Advertised as Bay View, NOT A VIEW, the stairs going up to 2nd floor was our view. I would not have paid what I did but thought the price would be worth a view. Not one clock in the whole place. There was no ice machine on the property or even ice trays. The TV volume could not be turned up or down on remote or the actual TV. Bed was comfortable."

"When I got there the check in was easy. I asked where my room was and they said “over in that area” (it in fact was not over there. Drove around in the dark making my 11yo hop out to check room numbers to find ours) we walked in the room and it gave “1980s horror film” vibes. Had my son go take a shower immediately to get to bed in a timely manner. The water is plumed backwards and the “hot” is like warm. Ac/heat didn’t work. Bed was clean, thank god. There was random trash under the bed. Floors...

"This room was absolutely filthy. Rat droppings in every corner and behind all furniture, blood stained blankets, IV drug use supplies in the nightstand. Staff refused to refund even though we left 15 minutes after we arrived. Expedia refused to refund despite photograph evidence and a receipt from the other model we stayed at last night. Absolutely do not recommend staying at this motel and absolutely encourage you to book via a service that will actually back the customer."

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. I had trouble turning on tv with remote. Staff came and helped. Could not lower volume so had to mute. Hotel was a Super 8 before. That was access for Internet. Furniture was worn down but usable. Mold on caulking. I feel they tried to fix up/repair the hotel."

It needed upkeep badly; the room was small and crowded; the bathroom had no counter whatsoever so there was no where to put our items; the toilet had a leak and would run every now and then; the sheets and towels may have been clean, but they were not white and not soft; if the room had heat, we sure couldn’t figure out how to get it; and...
