Nice Hotel
The room is spacious and big enough for couple,american breakfast is good and delicious. Parking area is limited by there is a free valet parking. The only Issue is traffic jam at certain hours from city to the Hotel

good value , friendly staff, interesting area.
Happy to stay there agin but will request specific room area to avoid early morning wake up from 4:15 'call to prayers' which is audible in many hotel rooms.

The hotel is not really 4 stars . The service is 2 stars service , they have poor communication between their receptionist with house keeping area and buffet area etc . A simple request to bring 1 towel and 1 cup will take 4 phone calls to receptionist and 45 mins waiting times . The charge extra 1 head count during breakfast due to poor communication between their department.

Great hotel with great service!
We stayed for 2 weeks, at the beginning we had some problems with our room, the bed was very old and not comfortable at all (mattress was yellow and nasty from the old hotel) this hotel used to be Aston Hotel but they change it to Holiday Inn 2 yrs ago, they said. But the mgr.ms.Chitra was very nice and helpful also her staff ms.Marwah moved us to better room. They did such a great job to make sure that our stays comfortable.The breakfast was good and the restaurant mgr Mr. Cepi was very nice and pleased also his staff Mr. Yana always nice to us. Overall we have a great time stay in this hotel and we’ll definitely go back someday

Highly recommended hotel
A lovely, clean and comfortable hotel which is not far from the airport. The hotel even provides a steam iron and an ironing board. The slippers made of thin synthetic material were great -- being water-resistant, they could be used in the bathroom as well. It is thoughtful of the hotel to provide 2 bottles of Nestle brand drinking water everyday. On the ground floor, there is a small convenience store. Getting a taxi is easy because the helpful hotel staff will call one for you. Wi-fi signal in the room is strong but the internet speed is average.

Awesome stay and hotel service was very impressive. One small suggestion to improve restaurant menu to have more variety and add chicken in breakfast. Else all fine and i would love to go back there again when i will be in bandung in future.

The hotel was OK but certainly not 4 star. Limited toiletries, unable to contact hotel before arrival and then they allow smoking in common area such as the café. Also the sound proofing is very poor as you can hear doors closing from early morning and people taking in the surrounding rooms

Food with MSG - why?
It is difficult to understand why a hotel in this category offers food with MSG for breakfast buffet (taste enhancer Glutamat). It is well known to cause different health problems and it is not shown anywhere to be contained so have to ask about it to get aware. Extremely disappointing as well when ordering a la carte in the restaurant it is the same problem, artificial taste enhancers in all the food though honestly not required at all. As such the price for the food nok. Other than that the staff was very much helpful to get over this problem and even offered to order MSG free food for the breakfast. My big thanks to that. Finally however my recommendation is to get rid of MSG from any food to avoid any complications with future guests.

Stay was comfortable throughout. Got the top floor with a mountainous view! No complaints. The hotel is located along a busy stretch road so you gotta plan your itinerary properly. (Leave hotel earlier to your destination as traffic can be pretty bad)
