"The check in process was smooth and the front desk staff very pleasant and helpful. We were a bit disappointed that the hot tub was closed, but understood that maintenance must be done periodically. The room was nice and clean with a beautiful view of the mountains, which is what we booked. We did not hear any outside noise from the street below so sleeping was peaceful. The location was perfect for us as we enjoyed the fun and convenience of being right in the heart of town. We would have liked to have eaten at Brazen, the hotel restaurant, however they were fully booked and not taking anymore walk-ins. Lesson learned that we should have made a reservation. Overall we had a wonderful stay!"
