"Parking was easy, check in was quick, bathroom could have used a touch more attention but otherwise it was good hotel Only downside was no gym or pool but everything else was awesome, would/will stay again "

"There was a complete lack of cleanliness during my stay. Both the swimming pool and the outdoor hot tub were extremely dirty—I could clearly see dead insects floating in the water. After using the pool, I even developed severe rashes, which was very concerning. Additionally, the EV charging stations in the parking area were not functioning at all. As I was traveling with a fully electric car, I was unable to charge it, causing significant inconvenience throughout my stay. A hair dryer is a basic amenity that should be available in every resort room, yet there was none provided, which was disappointing. Additionally, in the men’s changing room by the pool, the shampoo and body wash dispensers were completely empty, and there was no staff available to restock or assist."

"The rooms are nice but outdated. It’s hard to sleep with all the noise and lights and the beds are not super comfortable. The staff is absolutely incredible. Anything you need they can help you with anything very sweet. I never saw breakfast and I don’t believe it was included. Hot tub is nice but overrun with people."
