"We LOVED the hotel, everything was clean, the rooms were well designed. We particularly liked the tea and coffee in the rooms, it was great to have a kettle and real milk/cream although a spoon would have been nice. Great views from the hot tub. The hotel is a little out of town but they do offer a bus service."

"gorgeous location and quiet escape from the main strip. staff were attentive and friendly. the personal touches made our stay so special and even more memorable. we will definitely be returning! "

"Easy access and underground parking, only down side was that we couldn't get upgraded to higher floors with balcony, we got main floor with view of playground. No restaurant on site, but gave us a list of restaurants to get 15$ off total bill. Hot tub and pool was very nice. "

"We did see a few bugs in our room during the stay. Staff said that’s normal because it’s in national park. However, we have never encountered that with other hotels in Banff. "
