"Stayed three night in executive suite with expansive windows that view the airport. The room was spacious adequately appointed, but walls and furnishing are all dinged up. The bathroom was not pleasant, particularly with the toilet being more appropriate for a public restroom. Hallways were musty and elevators were old. Housekeeping service was excellent, and front desk staff were very helpful. Breakfast was quite good in both quality and quantity. Free shuttle to and from airport was nice to have, though the logistics were a bit rough."

"Great location in terms of access to airport at a reasonable cost, considerably below other airport hotels. Food is reasonable including breakfast with room is recommended. Decent Thai street food is about a 5’ walk as is a 7-11 store. Overall if you have arrived Bangkok with jet lag it is a good stay before your next flight"

"If you are looking for a calm, spacious place close to Bangkok airport, this is great. We stayed in a two bedroom suite which was very comfortable and clean. The pool is well maintained and very calm for a peaceful stay. The pool has jets so feels like a jacuzzi. Hotel provides a free shuttle from and back to the airport which is really handy. Its is quite far from The city centre so worth considering as traffic can get mad in Bangkok so could take over an hour by taxi to get to the city centre. We had a lovely stay there ."

"Wonderful stay at Valia. Staff and amenities were excellent. Breakfast was a wonderful spread of food many nationalities. Room was spacious, modern and comfortable. Great view. Good location. Shuttle was easy and very convenient to nearby malls and transportation. Good value. Highly recommended and we'd stay there again."

"Clean and comfy room - friendly and helpful check-in staff - only small niggle was the room key/elevator situation - you're unable to reach other floors which can be problematic if friends and family are on those other floors - on the other hand it's good that security is taken seriously - thanks Ibis!"

"Clean property . Recommended for 1 night transit, near BKK airport. With shuttle service Staff was helpful, from driver to front desk. The bed was comfy & room size is just fine for 2 person AC work well in humid weather Robinson mall just walking distance from the hotel. Very convenient Will be back again in near future"
