"Siam Mandarina sets the standard for hospitality excellence. From their free shuttle service to and from the airport, to their extremely lovely and courteous staff, you will instantly notice how they choose to set themselves apart from the rest. The hotel facilities are plentiful, clean, modern and provide the needful. In particular, the fitness and pool facilities were outstanding considering it is an airport hotel. Additionally, the food at the restaurant was spectacular and far above what you would come to expect at a hotel’s in-house restaurant. It is strategically within 15-minutes from Suvarnabhumi and can be reached (as aforementioned) via the hotel’s shuttle service at no extra cost. Within its vicinity there is also a convenience store and other businesses. Lastly, a special mention must be made to Max, the Front Office Manager, who made the stay extra memorable with the remarkable level of customer service rendered to me. Max regularly checked in to ensure my needs were met and was available when I needed him. I highly commend Max for this outstanding level of service and attention to detail. And it goes without saying that I also strongly recommend this hotel if you need somewhere to stay for a brief period between flights, and that is fairly priced, with the highest level of hospitality you will experience in Thailand and just about anywhere you go. "

"Our room wasn’t ready when we checked in at 7pm. We were given a free drink as a result. The room smelt strongly of stale sweat, damp and mould. The shower grouting looked mouldy. We complained to the reception and they sent up a cleaner who simply sprayed air freshener. They moved us to a larger room which was better. Staff were all friendly and nice. Free shuttle to the airport. "
