"When we arrived to the island, we took a taxi to the GPS location according to Hotels.com map. The pin was innaccurate, and 6 of us were stranded on another part of the island, 45 minutes away. Only due to a nice local Thai man, did we get a new taxi and find the villa. The villa in the photo shows a beach - we had no beach. Far enough from the main road to be nice and quiet, super beach and walking distance to the ferry pier. "We booked this place last minute after landing at USM Koh Samui Airport. It is right next to Nathan Pier. We booked the Premier Suite Oceanfront. The balcony / terrace was bigger than most people’s rooms! There was also a nice bathtub built for x2 on the rooftop. The customer service was unlike any other and we cannot wait to come back. This is one of the the nicest rooms / properties I have ever stayed. The night shift employee helped us get a motorbike after 9pm and the day shift lady took care of our transportation to the Ferry. I highly highly highly recommend this place."

"Nice tucked away hotel with an open airy layout. The pool and dining area are in the beach. Spa offerings were great and at a good price. Food was pretty good, drink selection was great and varied. Can pretty much get any juice you want. It is a nice quiet get away good for couples Unfortunately, our outdoor jacuzzi jets would not turn on. It was part of the reason I booked this particular room. Also our room phone did not work The room was nice and spacious "
