いつもお世話になってます。多少の設備の不具合はありますが、満足です。駅にも近いし、ホテルの前にはルンルワンもうここのホテル以外は今のところ考えてません。コストの面も大満足です。

部屋の設備の不備は少々仕方ないが、清潔などは全く問題無いです。立地条件とか最高で既に10回以上利用で常宿してます。

以前は、スマートテレビ且つ日本の民法も見れるテレビが部屋にあり、また、朝食も美味しく和食も用意されていて気に入っていたので何回か利用したが、今回は過去一悪い状態だった。テレビは映らない、朝食は券を渡すスタッフも居ない、サラダは何日も前から盛って、水分なくなってパッサパサ、サラダ周り虫が多数飛んでいる。楽しみの納豆は2日目無い。チェックインカウンタースタッフも以前のような親切な感じがなかった。ホテルの活気、スタッフのスマイルが減っている。もう一度スマイルからやり直してみてほしい。高く評価していただけに残念。
