Convenient and comfortable transit hotel

This was a good transit hotel not far from the airport. The shuttle leaves every 30 minutes which was great. The hotel seems to have been refurbished with a new look. The AC was cold, shower was hot, and the internet worked well. I'd stay there again if I'm just passing through Bangkok.

Perfect for overnight transit

It s ok for one overnight transit. Close to airport, basic, not expensive! Bit run down but clean. Service was good and pleasant at the front desk. Area ok . Only downfall they don t answer emails or answer the phone so impossible to organise shuttle from airport so just take a taxi , it s cheap anyway. Good shuttle though to go to airport.

Perfect for a night stop

Perfect for night stop if you have to stay over for a connecting fliggt, of road transport. Did not use the pool, but it is a lovely big pool, kids will have fun here.

Good and clean hotel conveniently located 15 min from BKK airport with the complimentary airport shuttle. The room was spacious and functional - with all that is required for a comfortable overnight stay before catching an early flight.

This hotel room is wide for just 1 person, pool and garden view. There is a shuttle bus service from/to airport. Near the hotel, there are local and super markets. Very convenient location!

Good location 10 minutes away from the airport. Free van to get to the airport. Clean and spacious rooms, nice backyard with pool and garden. Good breakfast and polite and helpful staff. Excellent choice if you don’t want to go into the city. I would absolutely stay there again.

We stayed here one night before catching our international flight out of BKK. Romm was spacious with nuce view of pool. Breakfast buffet had nuce variety. Free shuttle was offered to airport. Close to market and food stalls.

I am going to tell you what I wish someone would have told me before I booked this hotel. Shuttle: I don't know if the provide the shuttle to the "hotel", it was confusing as they don't have a phone number to contact them. They do have a shuttle from the hotel to the airport it runs every 30 minutes our was like 15 minutes late to the airport. I took a Grab from the airport, just make sure you go to the right place to get the Grab. Property name, When you arrive to the property, it is not called BS Residency rather it has another name, beware. Check in, It was raining very hard, where the Grab dropped me was another lobby look alike and nobody was there. It had a sign saying "follow the walkway" talking about super confusing info. There is one to the left another to the right. They need it to specify an arrow in what direction. It was 2 building away from there. Room: They have everything you need, the AC works good. The room was clean, there was a fridge. They also have telephone you can call the front desk if you need to. I think the room was too pricey for what you got.
