The staffs were all nice and friendly. Also, the room was kept clean during my stays. The location was quite convenient to get to the cafes, restaurants, malls and MRT station. I highly recommend to stay here for women.

I had such an easy checkin with a spacious room and the most comfy bed! There’s also a convenient store just a minute’s walk and easy location to grab a Tuk Tuk or Grab. I would definitely book again.

I always love staying here at Citadines Soi 16. Over the past 20 years I’ve never had a stay that I didn’t enjoy. It’s a great place with an excellent staff. Highly recommended.

Older budget hotel a bit lacking. This is an apartment hotel in Asoke with large rooms a kitchenette. Good wifi but older TV. Problems are water in shower not hot and the breakfast dining table had cockroaches. Not recommended.

Initial room was in a noisy location. They were able to facilitate moving rooms the next day, as there were none available on the initial check in day. Friendly staff and very accommodating. They always greet you when your arrive and leave. Great location to access MRT and BTS. Would be great if room clean was done in the mornings, sometimes it was in the afternoon so was unsure when could return to room if needed.

I enjoyed having a kitchen. I enjoyed the pool. Short walk to major shopping and entertainment. In such a busy place as Bangkok or was good to have a quiet place away and just come out into the bustle when i wanted. No views to speak of but my sleep was uninterrupted and staff were very hospitable. Secluded and private, not a property that provides visual stimulus but caters to the basic needs at a very affordable price.

It's close proximity to Terminal 21 makes it convenient to go shopping. The BTS/MRT is also within walking distance to the property. Environment is quiet despite being near the shopping area. The soi is a bit dark but pretty safe. As there is a small kitchenette/pantry in the room, the oily smell lingers. Thankfully the room is clean and well maintained so that is great. The room is also spacious and comfortable.

The room had a slight smell of urine/sweat, either the toilet, the bed or the sofa. Good transport connections. All in all, not worth the price. the speed of the internet was really bad😡 Even in Finland in the 90s, at the time of the telephone modem, it was twice as fast.

Disappointing upgrade

We stayed at this property twice on our trip . Overall we like the property location and facilities BUT we made a mistake “upgrading” for our second stay from executive studio (which was excellent) so in the hope we would have an even better stay experience we upgraded to a one bedroom suite ….. well we did not enjoy - small - in the studio felt more spacious ! No TV in bedroom- forced to sit on a small sofa to watch - not comfortable- the air conditioning position was ridiculous blowing straight onto the sofa ! Hopeless . Then sadly we are put on the smoking floor - yet sure from every stay previous and request we want non smoking room . Did we complain - no - we just wanted peace and not be a hassle . But really that was worst upgrade ever … not worth the money at all . Shall stick to executive studios in future.
