服務式酒店竟然無枱無櫈, 隔音極差

當天我到達酒店, 但酒店大門沒開, 門外有門僮指示我往對面的酒店Park Ploenchit取房, 開首謂沒有預約, 後來通知EXPEDIA後又有番, 我住宿的房號為7708, 我選擇這間酒店是因為有爐灶及煮食工具, 豈料房內竟然連枱及椅都沒有, 只能立食, 牀與電視櫃之間不足一呎, 出入都要打側行, 鄰房住的有大有小, 講嘢都聽得清清楚楚, 小孩子還不停的大吵大鬧, 去到第四晚鄰房從淩晨3時開始誦經至6時多才停止, 如果酒店的隔音好些這些騷擾應可避免.總括而言, 失望.

Scared for are lives

First of all there is no Sky Residence Hotel... they take you too another residence up the street... when you first arrive they say cannot stay here it was flooded... and closed... the hotel your taking too is dirty and has many people that look and sound dangerous... I made the mistake of paying for this room ahead of time... they have no restaurant or pool... they lock the bottom floor and you have to wait until one of the staff let you in.. but they are never around... if you are out after midnight you may never be let into your room... I had to be close to Bumengrad Hospital for medical reasons .. and it is close by... thank god we only had to stay 3 days... but my wife and I were in fear of someone breaking into are room... noise all night from loud midde east people... scarey believe me... do not go or stay at this hotel that has no name... Beware and Hotels.com should remove this made up scamm hotel from there web site... please take this off the list of hotels....

We were surprised to see that check in is at a different building, across the street form our flat. Rooms have no windows. Facilities could use renovation. Location was good.
