We had a great stay! Just close by to ARL made our stay even more convenient, Ticha and AiNam were great staff members, they helped out in changing rooms during my second stay when I got issues with the A/C. The staff in general were really sweet, we loved it here :)

The lady's at the front desk were welcoming and friendly. The bed was soft. Slept well. When walking into room it had a stale odor of tobacco and the A/C took a very long time to cool the room. A red warning came on the unit so I called the front desk. They had maintenance there within a minute. They also offered to send someone up to spray fragrances to freshen up the room. The A/C was temperarrily fixed. He said to not program under 21c. Red light came back on. Temperature never came down to anywhere near 21Cc. WiFi worked most of the time. TV had lots of war channels both movies and news. Couldn't find any comedy. This was supposed to be a superior deluxe double room. Shower was unpredictability going from hot to cold. No steady temperature. Restaurant had a really good budget European style breakfast. No Buffet. Got my deposit back even though the room still stank of old smoke.
