This is a good location near services and the train. Since this building was changed from Novoltel, we were dissapointed they have enacted some annoying policies, such as one card per room because certain groups of tourists overload the rooms and did not return extra keycards, and requiring me to cancel and re-book so that my spouse could check in.

We stay here 6nights, arriving late at night but staff were very helpful friendly with smile. My room is always neat and clean, so relaxing to get back to the room after a long day outing. Hotel is right next to BTS Ploenchit station, short walk to 7/11, we didn’t get to try their hotel Beer Garden with live music and the foods menu looked good! We often walked to the food court at Central Embassy mall as it’s the food that closest to my liking (authentic Thai). We had a wonderful experience staying here, would highly recommended. I definitely stay here again soon in near future.
