Great to be back staying in the Reno after 20 years away! The hotel has been given a lovely upgrade but nice still to be able to use the swimming pool at any time.

Very happy staying here. Clean, tidy, and organised. Love the herbal tea and water compliments. Friendly staff who even helped with hiding hen party gift bags I had. Only negatives are:- no bathroom soap, no iron, and breakfast is expensive. Still I would highly recommend this hotel.

we love the place, it's a boutique place well thought through, functional, with a cosy cafe, dining, swimming pool. Friendly staff. Can jog safely at Chula university. A secret well kept ! warmly recommend !

wasnt given a room with balcony even though we requested for one during booking. hotel not willing to a swop mentioning that the room we got was the cheap one. not really very friendly counter staff. nonethless, a simple quiet hotel. close proximity to bts and mbk mall.
