Simple and good stay

Good quick stay with the hotel and it comes with a small buffet breakfast which was very good. The shower water was very slow and yes the wifi was slow as well; however, people there are very friendly and nice. I checked in early since my flight arrived early so I paid extra 600bhat to check in at 10am. walking distance to Phaya Thai station and walkable to chit lom but the road is quite dark at night and bumpy. Solo or young couple is okay otherwise u pay for what you get. great stay and thanks!

We thougt we have a balcony with view! But come on 2ond floor! Ask to change room but it were diffucult. Only one lady could speak english. But next day we changed room BUT no balcony!! And a picture show a very fine outside space(terass) with chairs and table but NOTHING there! Not can buy some to drink in the evening in the hotel. Cleaninglady were 5+

When I checked out, I was suspected by receptionist that I smoked at balcony, although I never smoke in my life. When I was enter into my room after checked in, I smelled cigarette but it was not allowable. It was so embarrassed and I will never choose this hotel.

A very uncomfortable experience.

This hotel is terrible. I believe there are people living there. I was kept awake until 4am with people running up and down the stairs and yelling and talking loudly in the hallways. It actually felt unsafe. The lobby has been changed to a massage business and there was mould in the shower. I’m really surprised at how many positive reviews this place has. I really don’t understand what’s happening here but do not stay here. There are plenty of other places close by so I’d suggest spending an extra $20 and having a restful sleep. A very uncomfortable experience.

Terrible room. Bed sheet with stain. Room very smelly and old. Not clean. Even no toothbrush provided. No room to change so I just directly check out and change hotel.Wasted time and money.

Personnel très sympathique et serviable avec un service conciergerie au top. Emplacement pas trop loin des centres commerciaux et du marché de Pratunam. Bonne literie malheureusement chambre déclarée comme isolée phoniquement, mais il n'en est rien. On entend des clients qui faisaient des bruits et des allers-retours entre les étages. Le frigo accomplie à moitié sa fonctionnalité, pas froid du tout. Le petit balcon donne sur une petite ouverture d’environ 30 cm de largeur inexploitable et impossible d’aérer la chambre. Salle de bain sans système d'aspiration, seulement une minuscule fenêtre qui donne sur le balcon presque fermé. Pomme de douche fixe, ne peut pas être décrochée. Manque de meubles de rangement. Et le petit déjeuner est très moyen, jus de fruits beaucoup trop sucré, toujours les mêmes produits exceptés les deux plats locaux

Staff & service -when check in, one of the staff (a guy) ask me to WAIT, after 30min later, no one come to me for check in, i dont know they ask me to wait for wat, then i no mood to ask a gal for check in, she is very nice, i like her, and very fast she settle all for me. Cleanliness -so far so good, toilet dont have exhaust fan, after bath very hot and stuffy. -when open aircond, its very smelly, please check for it
