executive high price room super loud nonstop noise cold shower, TV doesn't work. Staff does nothing to help except yell early in the morning and wake you up waste of time money bad location.

Perfect place to stay in Bangkok if you want to discover the authentic part of the city. Good price for quality. Spacious and clean room. Comfortable bed. Hot water. Many thanks to the night receptionist who helped us with the taxi in the middle of the night, very kind and friendly. Recommended

No te explica donde está situado el hotel, bastante apartado de todo y metido dentro de un pequeño barrio con calles muy estrechas y pasajes peatonales sin luz por la noche.el hotel está bien pero si te hospedas en el ten en cuenta que siempre para llegar o salir tendrás que llamar un taxi o grab.puedes salir andando por los callejones de día aunque tardarás unos 10/15min hasta llegar a una principal y optar por coger metro o taxi.no hay nada de interés en esta zona si vienes a conocer bangkok

Nice hotel, sketchy area but overall very good

Nice hotel, but area was a bit run down. Nothing to complain about. Staff was ok, but did not like that a 1000 baht was needed for room keys for the stay. Not sure why it was needed and had to be cash deposit for it. I did get it back when we checked out but now I have a 1000 baht left over and not knowing when I will be back.

Hôtel bien situé si vous voulez vivre avec les locaux dans le quartier Thonburi, à distance de marche du train. Établissement récent, douche chaude et puissante, mais il manque ce petit quelque chose en matière de service à la clientèle qu’on trouve si souvent en Asie. À l’entrée dans la chambre, on est accueilli avec une longue liste de choses à payer si on le vole (jusqu’au téléviseur et au coffre-fort!), mais on rechigne à ajouter deux oreillers supplémentaires. Manque de petites attentions, comme le climatiseur directement sur le lit, une seule chaise sur le balcon et pas de déjeuner thaï inclus.

Expected boutique hotel but good for short notice

PROs - clean room - great afternoon food market right next to the place - laundry shop close - nice flatscreen TV and good position of the TV - lots of storage (which was important as the room was smaller than expected) CONs - very remote, hard to get a taxi - instead of 27sqm our room was only 25sqm (including balcony) - sometimes heard water flush from upstairs for 15-30 minutes - the lamps at the side of the bed are very incovenient and shouldnt be used as bedside lamps - the overall location didnt feel great, not a lot of food shops except the night market - lose bathroom faucet Overall I personally expected some kind boutique hotel but it turned out the room fixtures were all quite cheap and wear down more quickly than high quality interior.

I liked how the room was clean and quiet. The price was reasonable. The wifi was also super fast. Water was delivered to us daily. The terrace was a nice bonus. The location was ok. A laundromat and 7-11s were just a short walk away. Restaurants were a moderate walk away. Malls and other attractions were a long walk or needed transportation. Things I didn't was the lack of privacy in the bathroom due to the glass walls. The 1000 Baht deposit was an inconvenience as well. Lastly, the fact the mini fridge won't operate without the room key in the slot makes it useless for storing food when spending a large amount of time outside the room.

Overall are ok but staff did’t arrange the room follow by selected, i chose king bed and i got double instead. Sound proof are not good i can hear adjacent room talking and flushing water sound of above room. Breakfast are ok, they serve espresso coffee with omelete.

Great hotel and once you get to know the neighborhood there are lots of dining options. Extremely helpful and friendly staff who went above and beyond with early check in and taxi help.

Needs tweaking but it is lovely

This hotel could be amazing but it needs a few changes. It’s stylish, clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly. However, I was staying with my mum and the bathroom in the room only has glass surrounding it and only three quarters of the way up to the ceiling. It wasn’t great for privacy and my mum hated it. Also, on one of the nights the toilet kept flushing by itself around every 15 mins and it sounded like a waterfall was going on in the bathroom. The breakfast wasn’t great, I am a vegetarian and there was only one option served and it was cold. We went out for breakfast for the rest of the stay. It is nice and quiet and the beds were comfortable.

Lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. It is in a nice area of Bangkok, very close to a metro line which is excellent for getting to tourist attractions and activities. Our room was lovely, very clean and plenty of space.

洗澡水要加強

洗澡水非常不熱，像在洗冷水一樣。服務人員有來維修，不過它的熱水器最熱就是非常溫的溫水而已。不喜歡洗冷水澡的不建議入住

A hassle-free stay at Ex-Capital

The hotel proved to be complete value for money and the room was very tastefully arranged to give space, comfort and functionality. The staff was polite and service was great.
