Had some problems with the water temperature on the shower, and the vibe of the Hotel was a little too partyish, but the rooms were really quiet. Beautiful view and the staff was very responsive and helpful.

This was an amazing hotel, the pool is definitely a highlight. The room was spotless and the hotel staff were lovely. I would thoroughly recommend staying here!

客室は広めで、ソファーの他に小さい椅子が２つとテーブルが窓際にあり、飲食やお化粧なんかに便利だった。 客室内のコーヒーマシンの脇には小さいシンクがあり、ちょっとした洗い物なんかをするのに良かった。プロンポンの駅から少し距離はあるが、9-19時の間は1時間ごとにホテルとエムクオーティエの間にシャトルバスが走っており、そこまで不便には感じなかった。できれば21時ぐらいまで走ってくれると嬉しいなとは思う。

Sauberes großes Zimmer, Personal äußerst freundlich. Klimaanlage etwas laut, aber lässt sich aushalten. Aufzug braucht manchmal ewig.

Me and my 5YO son had a great stay here. We arrived at 10am and got given a complimentary early check in and free room upgrade, which was a godsend after 17 hours of travelling! Staff were great! Our room had an air purifier and universal plugs, which was a lovely touch! Will be coming back here when we have to return to BKK!

Its a nice hotel but unfortunately most of the amenities I chose this hotel for were unavailable. The rooftop restaurant is closed for remodeling, the pool bar was never open. You cannot order a drink at the bar inside the 5th floor and charge it to your room, and they do not honor the prices advertised as specials at the closed pool bar. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good and the hourly shuttle to transit is convenient.

Everything was excellent. One thing I want to mention is that there are no Microwaves in the room. I asked could o heat something up at the hotel restaurant and they said it would be 20 baht which is about 33 cents US. I said ok. They took my food out of the plastic, added to a nice food holder , gave me Nations , and utensils. Absolutely brilliant . THANK YOU ! I was so pleased with this Hotels service. I have added them to my list of places to return.

It was wonderful stay for us!! Our safety box was not working, but staff fixed it immediately . The shuttle bus was very convenient for us. We really appreciate your hotel😊

Room was a great size for a couple of days, and the hotel was well located. Food + drinks were great in the pool area, while the bed situation could do with adjustments to allow for more people to use the space.

I enjoyed my stay here. Clean room. Nice property. The bathrooms don't have AC vents, so they tend to be very hot. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this property.

It was an excellent stay and my second time there. I would highly recommend using the private onsen and getting a massage from Pet and Bay (I believe this was their names). The room was overall very comfortable, the food was delicious, the staff was helpful, the gym was excellent, and the pool was relaxing. My only complaint was the water temperature was a bit sporadic in our room. However, I have stayed here before and never had that issue. Not worth letting it deter you from staying here, but worth letting the staff know. The restaurants around and the location is excellent as well. I'll be back often.
