Grande Centre Point Hotel Terminal 21

10/10 Excellent

"The location was perfect, directly attached to Terminal 21 Sukhumvit with the BTS and MRT just steps away. There are many restaurants, massage and nail salons within walking distanced, as well as a night market across the street. The Hotel is wonderful. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The amenities include a stove-top, refrigerator, microwave, washer/dryer, water, pop, robes, slippers and personal kits (shaving, toothbrushes, shower caps, etc). The staff were super polite and helpful."

"Hotel is quite new, in good location, clean and good ambiance. Bed & pillows are very comfortable. Room is clean with beautiful view. Staffs are excellent, very kind & helpful & polite. They are willing to help with great attitude. Specially , the front desk staffs are wonderful. Breakfast is variety and delicious. Food and fruit is good quality and fresh."

"The hotel is in the heart of Bangkok. Centrally located to all trains, shopping malls, restaurants and sightseeing. Overall excellent hotel. Spacious, clean room. Very comfortable beds. Hotel has a pool, spa and fitness center- all exceptional. The rooftop bar has amazing views, awesome drinks and excellent food! There were a few disappointments/improvements to mention: (1) I did reach out to the hotel beforehand to advise that due to our 24+ hour flight from Miami Florida we would be arriving quite early. The hotel notified us that there would be an additional days charge for early check-in. I do understand hotel policies however it was a bit distasteful as a first time visitor traveling from such a distance to be charged a full day not perhaps a pro rated fee. (2) For a hotel of this caliber, to not have a pod coffee maker and snack bar in room was a bit shocking. They did offer very tacky instant coffee packets but again for this caliber of hotel they should be embarrassed. Additionally we had some laundry done and was charged quite high for the small amount of laundry but it was a convenience. The insulting part was a service charge on top of the cleaning charge. I would have accepted a higher charge than to be “nickel and dimed”. All in all a fabulous location within walking distance to pretty much everything."
