"very helpful and pleasant staff, great breakfast, good air conditioning - very cool, make you feel terrific when coming back from hot Bangkok weather. good location. very impressed with everything and will definitely stay there again. One small note is that the hotel overall area has some lingering musty smell"

"We enjoyed Shangri La’s breakfast options, the free boat rides to Iconsiam was very convenient, and being next to the Sothorn Pier came in handy for getting to night markets and other river destinations, along with having the BTS station next door was also very convenient!"

"Staff was top notch. So hospitable. The room was a nice size and you can’t beat the view of the river. The breakfast is a reason alone to come back. The location is also great for river ferry’s and the BTS."
