"A lovely buffet breakfast was provided just for us. Staff were very friendly."

"Great!"

"Tres bon hotel a Sofia"

"I liked they offered us airport shuttle during check in, that made things really smooth for us next day since it was an early flight."

"Hotel con ubicación excelente. El personal del feont desk fue muy atento y nos dio orientación muy acertada para aprovechar mejor nuestro viaje"

"Perfect location"

"New hotel, convenient location, biggest mall nearby, parking available."

"The Balkan Palace does not offer parking, and its entrance is not readily accessible by car. That being said, there is a relatively small (about 15 spaces) public parking lot located on the west side of Square of Tolerance and north side of Cathedral St. Nedelia, about 50 meters from the Hotel entrance, accessible off Pl. "Everything was great besides the free internet connection . As soon as you get it disconnects and when it’s on.. can not open anything and it’s slow.. after 2 min disconnects again. Beside that.. everything else was great"

"Breakfast selection was good"

"Good location just off vitoshe blvd. More like a small apartment than a room and a little dated. Bed comfortable, shower good pressure. No Youtube or Netflix on TV. Breakfast poor for €15 ,mainly continental style but will make you scrambled eggs and bacon. Not really worth the price."

"Good road Hotel on my way through town, would use again."

"Was not told there is no hot water. Asked for a 4am wake up call and didn't get one until 4:30am. The front desk guy said he was busy when asked why he didn't call when specific asked for. Asked for a to go breakfast but did not get one. If you want poor customer service ,no hot water and staff to busy to attend to the customer needs this is a hotel for you. I will never go back to this hotel again."
