"This is our second time staying here. It feels like a 5 star hotel. The details in the decor are unique and well designed. The bed and bedding is comfortable. I love the lobby, large and spacious with lots of seating options for gatherings small or large. Great restaurant, Proudfoot and Bird with a bar that has great happy hour from 2-6 daily. The happy hour has great food options, not so much for drinks on special. The HOBNob restaurant for breakfast is ok, but service there is slow. Will...

"No shuttle needed but there is not a shuttle to the airport that's literally right across the street. Found that odd. The hotel staff was wonderful. The mattresses need updated very hard and not comfortable. Need handicap walk in showers. They did have bars to assist in the bathrooms this was appreciated. I would stay here again. Breakfast could be tastier. Gravy was not good and that was the only meat. (In the gravy) could have more fruit in addition to bananas. "
