"We were assigned a room that was at the furthest end of the property which meant lugging our bags down the longest hallway I've ever seen. A staff member said the property stretches a mile & a half end to end. Not ideal when we were only there one night in order to catch a flight early in the morning. Otherwise, it was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was polite."

"From the front desk staff to maid service to the shuttle van driver, everyone was friendly and welcoming. It was great to have a shuttle van as our flight was early in the morning. Breakfast was pleasing and had a good selection. I enjoyed the coffee machine which was able to make espressos, cappuccinos, Americano’s or Doppio’s. My wife liked the tea selection as well.. "Hotel was super convenient to and from the airport with their shuttle. You have to reserve a seat on the shuttle, so we let them know what time we were landing. Room was comfortable and had everything we needed. We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant which was nice."

"Our room was stiflingly hot and the staff did nothing to assist. They told us to open the window, despite having a sign posted to not open windows because some nasty looking bugs would come in. They refused to credit us any amount at all and only paid the €10 for our shuttle to the airport to compensate us."

"The outside doesn't look like much when you pull up; the building could definitely use a fresh coat of paint. But once you step inside, there's a strong, pleasant, clean smell, and the lobby and reception area look modern and refreshed. The rooms are also nice and modern, comfortable, and very pretty, with comfy beds and pillows, and a nice bathroom with a separate tub and shower. Everything was great on that front.
