"The staff was amazing and very welcoming. The rooms are very clean, they always checked if we needed room service. It's a great location, close enough to New Orleans where it's a short drive but far enough to be away from the partying. The pool area was nice, they cleaned the pool right before we went to use it. "This hotel was in a great location, clean the beds and pillows were absolutely amazing My only critique was the closet was too narrow to put your suitcase in without fully unpacking. And there was nowhere to put your suitcase in the room with the layout. Because I was only there for two nights this was not a huge issue Loved the historical hotel! The location was fabulous and I would definitely consider staying there again"

"The staff were very nice and helpful while checking in. The room itself was rather grimy feeling. Felt like two star room at a five star Price. Beds were comfortable enough to get a night sleep. Pool was cloudy so we couldn’t use it. the shower was like a pressure washer? I had to make it work though. The staff was excellent at the front counter and in the restaurant bar area."

Location afforded easy access to the French Quarter and Bourbon Street, and also mitigated the noisy crowds and atmosphere of the party scene. "Close to everything, but parking is a bit tedious. Also be aware of the daily parking fees. Was not informed of the daily rate until the second day. Low water pressure (shower is a trickle). No elevator and narrow stairs make it difficult if you have luggage. To be honest the hoste perry was extremely helpful and had a great attitude, if not for him the review would be lower."

"The property and room was very clean. Staff was very kind, friendly, and helpful. The property is conveniently located next to all major locations in the heart of the French Quarter. Everything is within walking distance and quick easy access to the Streetcar stops which along with the bus lines get you to other parts of the City. Will definitely stay at this property again."
