"We had mixed feelings about our stay at Sercotel Rosellon. Our check-in experience wasn't pleasant, the receptionist we dealt with lacked patience and didn't provide good customer service when I asked about a credit card concern. Fortunately, the other staff members we interacted with afterward were much better.
Our room was very small and outdated, which was disappointing. On the positive side, the hotel is in a great location near The Sagrada Família, with beautiful views from the rooftop and easy access to restaurants, bars, and shops. We also really enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a nice variety and it was worth adding while booking.
Overall, I'd rate this stay 3 stars.
