Wonderfully spacious property in the heart of the Gothic zone of Barcelona. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and for such an active area so quiet at night, Also was delighted by the bathtub which is rare in many other locations. Thx again.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! We were able to walk everywhere from this location, it was safe and the communication to the property manager was great (he gave his cell number so we could reach for him for anything needed along the way)! there was a little grocery store right before the apartment which made getting food/drinks for the apartment super easy. would definately stay here again!

The location is excellent! Right on the busiest shopping street. It is close to many attractions. It is also very close to metro. Tons of dining options right next to the apartment. Annie made our check-in process very easy and quick. She is very friendly and provided detail check-in process before our arrival. Overall we had a great time at the apartment and Barcelona.

Amazing location. Amazing staff. We drove to the location therefore it was hard to find parking but then we parked in temporary hotel parking spot to find the property. Receptionist sorted out parking for us and got our room ready early.

Location was great, a few minute walk to the metro. Out the front door and onto La Rambla. Secure premises at night. Our room overlooked an alley and the noise travelled up so even with the windows closed it could still be quiet noisy.

The check in process was as easy as it gets. The receptionists are extremely helpful and will even hold your baggage for you in the office if you need to. They show you to your room and all the amenities available which include a kitchen and washer and dryer. The surrounding area is just as good because it is in the middle of all the action on Las ramblas.

Roomy, quiet, and right on La Rambla. Our room came with a terrace overlooking the non-stop action 4 flights below and the tower of Gaudi's Guell Palace in view. Nicely equipped kitchen, awesome shower and huge bath towels, slept 4 comfortably. Very good coffee a few doors down and beautiful Placa Reial steps away. Entry to Barri Gothic and the Born neighborhood a short walk. Only quibble is flat pillows. Would rent again.

Excellent Apartment in the heart of Barcelona

We enjoyed our stay here. Excellent location and a good size for a family of 4. It has a full kitchen and a washing machine/dryer which is a big PLUS! Communication with the front desk was easy and the place was very clean when we checked in. As a family with 2 kids we also felt very safe with the extra locks/codes to get in and out of the apt. even the elevator needs a key to work!! Understand this is right in the middle of Las Ramblas and next to Placa Reial so its pretty noisy all times of the day and night. Overall I will stay here again next time we're in Barcelona.

Getting into reception a bit tricky as you had to negotiate a small landing on entering the building. Otherwise all good. Had an upstairs, downstairs apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a large living, kitchen area. Very good size.
