"Location. One block from La Sagrada Familia and the top bar view excellent, but the rooms are not as expected. The remote control was not working and there is not staff at night to resolve issues, our coffee machine was not working neither so we were not able to used until next day. I have to call for extra towels and when we came back late afternoon our rooms was not fixed. Very basic services for the rate. Also Experian charge us more money for same room same dates on their website and I was told I was going to have a match of price and that did not happen."
