What truly made our stay memorable was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. Everyone was warm, friendly, and always willing to help. A special thanks to the evening shift staff, who were exceptional. They provided great recommendations on local attractions, dining options, and nearby places to visit, making our trip even more enjoyable. "We were told before travelling there was a regular shuttle bus from airport to the hotel but there isn’t. You will need to phone hotel upon arrival to ask them to send the bus. One of the reception staff pointedly told us this was the case and was generally negative. Rest of the staff were very nice. On the whole nice hotel although cooked breakfast was cold."
