"The front desk staff we're great to deal with. They were professional and friendly and I was able to joke around with them and they return the favor. We only had one dinner in the restaurant and the food was very very good as was the service. I can't comment on breakfast since I didn't partake of that option. We found the room to be both spacious and clean."

"I gave it 3 stars on staff because this is a hotel that operates essentially without staff. They email you a key code to get into your room, but there is no front desk and no visible staff on sight. I’m sure this is why their prices even while the rooms are nice."

"Mostly clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly, but we didn't have towels or hand soap for the sink. Trying to get towels was a chore. I had to flag down a housekeeper just to get towels. The breakfast was terrible. Virtually no protein. 3/5 stars not the worst, but for that price keep looking around."

"Everything met and exceeded our expectations. The check in was not an issue, as we got the code to let ourselves into the hotel and into our room an hour before our arrival, and there was no human contact involved or needed. The room was clean and well appointed, the balcony had a table and two chairs, and it was facing the endless qiet greenery. "The hotel was close to Longwood Gardens. The outside was clean and neat. Parking was good. The staff were great. Breakfast was good. Carpets in the room was worn and dirty. Wall paper was peeling. No amenities. Only two small bars of hand soap were provided, nothing else. No hair dryer."
