"The Bookhouse is a wonderful concept! Prioritizing books, making them accessible everywhere, is delightful. There were adventurous and playful touches, including the secret hide-away on the first floor, behind a bookcase. Housing a hotel in a very old house is another terrific choice. "No breakfast since we heard they fired the breakfast people, no cups at the coffee maker. There was a possibility of breakfast around 8 am but we were gone by then. The airport shuttle was hard to arrange and get someone to pick you up or drop you off. I realize this is not the fault of the worker bees but a management issue. Both the breakfast and shuttle were part of the reason we booked the room after our flight got delayed until the next day. It all worked out but I wouldn't go looking...

"Me and my 2 boys were able to stay comfortably in the 2 bed with 1 pullout suite. There was a kitchenette with all kitchen items needed, which was awesome. The staff was very friendly, always saying hello and have a good day. When we 1st got there I was hicked about the parking price but there was always available street parking. If you worked it right, you may not have to pay much. The only thing I would recommend is to have a normal size trash can in the rooms where you can cook instead if...

"Glad we stayed here. A well-run mid-range hotel with a nice courtyard and better than average suites for a family. Airport shuttle worked well too. Two minor downsides: a number of the gym machines were not working when I worked out (though one treadmill did work). And they charge for ungated surface parking, which never seems fair."
